Gemini V1.05

The following changes were made in this release:

Added options to define colours used for read and unread messages and groups
Added an advanced option to open transfer status window whenever a transfer takes place
Defined icon for bounce message and allowed it to be included on toolbars (option b)
'Don't ask me this again' option in image fetch confirmation dialogue now takes into account whether images are fetched or not in disabling the warning appropriately
Fixed crash when header editing enabled and send window opened for a non-reply
No longer automatically makes itself the default mail and news client if configured not to ask
