Gemini V1.12

The following changes were made in this release:

Now accepts -email argument on command line, for specifing an e-mail address that isn't a mailto URL
Will now indicate which URL couldn't be launched when an application can't be found to handle it
No longer warns about no messages to expunge if hide deleted messages is enabled for the group
Fixed bug where contracting a thread would force it to expand again if the current selection was in that thread
In-place group renaming now only effective in the group column
