Fixed bug which prevented last used information from being recorded for Bayes tokens
Bayes token expiry will now not take place if doing so will remove over half the tokens
Maximum number of Bayes tokens to keep can now be configured from config file
Number of tokens now shown in Bayesian stats window
Added option to mark junk as read
Filters now enable Bayesian filtering by default
Reworded description of junk filtering in junk filtering window
