The following changes were made in this release:

Added entry to Send To menu in Explorer (Windows)
Now supports -attach command line option to send an attachment
Now supports BCC in mailto URLs
Fixed bug which caused send window to lose initial field values if advanced options were present
Fixed bug which prevented attachment icons from being displayed correctly in send window (Windows)
Fixed crash when changing dictionary
Now uses Qt 3.3.1 (Windows)
