The following changes were made in this release:

Docked group viewer can now display multiple groups using tabs
Removed header pane from group viewers
Moved information from header pane into status bar for group and message viewers
Send window now has a pop-up character set menu in the status bar
Newsgroups and Mailing List containers no longer shown if empty
Navigation buttons now work in the presence of grouping headings
Right clicking a group no longer opens it in group viewer (Windows)
Fixed typo in new identity wizard
