Gemini V2.01

The following changes were made in this release:

Added support for Mac OS X
Added additional default event categories
Events no longer default to all day
Auto correction of start and end date/times in event editor now takes place when focus leaves field rather than on every change
Changed default arrangement of toolbars
Changed fonts to platform specific defaults
Now statically links Qt (Windows)
Removed unnecessary features from static Qt builds
