Gemini V2.05

The following changes were made in this release:

Now correctly handles 8 bit characters in news postings (Resolves #1)
News headers now use MIME encoding rather than UTF-8
Add header filter action no longer loses PGP signing (Resolves #2)
Fixed bug which caused automatic fetches to stop after running for a while
Added workaround for Qt bug which crashes when compressing messages >21MB in size
Files now flushed immediately following a batch file import
Now compiled using Visual C++ .NET 2003 (Windows)
