The following changes were made in this release:

Now installs correctly under Windows 98
Added per-contact sign option
Drafts now remember sign/encryption settings
Import Batch Files dialogue renamed to Import Messages
Sign/encrypt/receipt options now cleared if recipient changes demand it
Manual changes to sign/encrypt/receipt options now override automatic changes
Sign/encrypt/receipt options now act when focus leaves the address field rather than on each key press
