Gemini V2.12e

The following changes were made in this release:

Now uses case insensitive comparison when comparing URL links to their descriptions for mismatch warnings
Per-contact send options now require an additional override defaults option to be specified
Sign/encrypt options now work for replies and when defaults are enabled
Fixed bug which caused crash on Windows 98 when starting a second instance of Gemini
