The following changes were made in this release:

IMAP client now uses UTF-7 for mailbox names
Fixed bug in IMAP client which couldn't handle zero length literals
Now better prevents writing of configuration if no changes have been made
Fixed bug which prevented changes to approved senders from being saved
Remapped keyboard shortcuts to remove conflicts with menu bar
Fixed problem where posted articles weren't downloaded if filed outside Sent news
Fixed a number of memory leaks
Changed organisation of Tools menu
Fixed bug which prevented junk token expiry if more than half the database is being removed
SMTP client now supports TLS without using STARTTLS command
Account editor now hides inappropriate options rather than simply disabling them
