Messenger Pro V2.58.2

The following changes were made in this release:

When generating address headers, will no longer duplicate the address if a name isn't found
Fixed bug preventing proper parsing of multipart/signed messages
Copying a message opened from a file via the message window will now work when the destination is an IMAP folder
Now clears document state as well as window state when message viewer loads new message
