The following changes were made in this release:

Added missing icons for importance, replied, flagged and attachment columns
Slight change to the way icons are rendered in group viewer column headings
Fixed bug where an account's files weren't deleted when the details had changed
Improved formatting of prompt to clear message fetch status when account details change
