The following changes were made in this release:

Fixed a couple of problems where the send window would become modified when no changes are made
Editing or removing attachments from a locked message will now generate an error
Apply Rot13 option in message viewer now works again
Filters can now be configured to operate on locked messages
Searching will now find locked messages
Default printer selection will now pick a printer even if none is reported as the default system printer
Replies based on selected text now work again when not using a separate message window
Improved the handling of escape sequences when parsing message headers
