The following changes were made in this release:

Further improvements to handling of quoted/escaped characters in message headers
Improved the formatting and sizing of the mailing list wizard
Mailing list wizard will no longer continue if no existing group has been selected
Removed restriction preventing IMAP folders from being selected as groups to be treated as mailing lists
