Fixed bug where cancelling a rename on an IMAP folder initiated via the group list context menu would attempt to remove the name
URL under pointer detection code is no longer active below the header when viewing source
Now properly disables message colouring beyond the header when viewing source of a HTML message
Now properly ignores white space between MIME encoded words in headers
Now uses a modal group picker to select groups in dialogs
Fixed bug where tabbed dialogs would close even if validation fails
Improved validation of From headers when no name is specified
Updated OpenSSL to 1.0.0j (where bundled)
Application bundle no longer contains duplicate copies of frameworks (Mac)
