Update to OpenSSL 1.0.1l and ICU4C 54.1 (Windows)
Build with Visual Studio 2013 (Windows)
Performance optimisations made to index handling, especially during IMAP synchronisation
Remove internal DNS resolver (and cache) in favour of Qt's own
Fix bug where MIME decoding isn't always performed before passing message to GnuPG for decryption
Improved detection of errors reported by GnuPG
Flush all logs that haven't been written to after 5 seconds and at shutdown
Fix crash when printing highlighted messages
