The following changes were made in this release:

Offline IMAP fetches now open mailbox with SELECT to allow deletions (resolves #54)
Save/Reset Column Settings now work properly (resolves #51)
Internal task scheduler now uses slightly different implementation to fix a problem with fetches not occurring after running for some time
Fixed bug which prevented searches from defaulting to selected group in hierarchy
Windows file dialogs now specify All Files (*.*) filter rather than * as some files weren't being matched by the filter
