The following changes were made in this release:
- IMAP client now ensures messages are requested in UID order to avoid triggering group corruption tests
- Fixed bug where newly created accounts and identities weren't written to disk right away
- Updated Qt to 3.3.6 (Windows/Mac OS X/Linux static)
