The following changes were made in this release:
- Per-identity sent mail folder setting is now saved correctly
- IMAP fetcher now locks a group before initiating a fetch
- Updates to IMAP flags now only made if flags have actually changed
- Fixed bug which caused licence file to be repeatedly read
- Mac universal binary support (untested on Intel)
- Updated Qt Solutions components
- Updated OpenSSL to 0.9.8a (Windows)
