Messenger Pro V2.56

The following changes were made in this release:

Migrated to Qt 4 text editor and printing frameworks
Implemented print preview
Ubuntu/Jaunty now compiles against native Qt 4.5
Dictionary and manual paths now point to the correct location for users upgrading from Gemini (Linux)
Reenabled Outlook address book import (Windows)
Fixed spurious Host not found errors when remote host disconnects
Now uses a separate licence file than that used by Gemini
Now uses Qt error string for sockets rather than generating based on the error code
