Messenger Pro V2.56a

The following changes were made in this release:

Group picker will now accept double clicks to select an item and close
Import from batch file now runs in the background
Now better detects if there are outstanding IMAP body fetches/commands before closing the connection
New IMAP arrivals now once again fetched following any group access rather than waiting till next scheduled fetch
No longer issues IMAP SEARCH commands following fetch of flags
IMAP literal sending code now properly handles control characters
