- Added Clone button to filter window
- Added Move Up 10 and Move Down 10 buttons to filter window
- Fixed bug where filter window buttons weren't enabled/disabled on open
- Quoting selected text in message viewer on reply now works again
- Send window now indicates if modified in title bar
- Send window now treats edits in any field as modification
- Corrected typo in user manual menu status tip
- Log viewer now uses Qt's plain text widget
- Fixed restoration of message viewer header pane colours on loss of focus
