Messenger Pro V2.65.3

The following changes were made in this release:

Reimplemented message viewer attachment pane using native Qt 4 objects
Replaced Move Up/Down 10 options with Move Up/Down By options prompting for amount
Fixed bug where sending from a template would bring up a blank message window
Saving a template without a subject will now default the filename to Untitled
Fixed quoting of selected text when replying
